History
America's Job Exchange (AJE) was founded in 2007 as a private sector venture to continue the legacy of America's Job Bank, a pioneering online recruitment website sponsored by the United States Department of Labor.

America's Job Exchange helps middle-income job seekers secure a job with their job search and career management tools, such as Resume Builder which helps craft persuasive snapshot of seeker skills to deliver to hiring employers. Automated Job Scout email alerts keep job seekers up to date with the most relevant opportunities, while Career Resources answer questions about career goals. The AJE network also offers specialized websites for many interest communities, including veterans, seniors, disabilities and many more to make the job search experience more personalized and effective.

They serve Fortune 500 corporations, small to mid-size businesses to government agencies. AJE solutions include on-line Job Postings, Branding, and Resume Database tools, as well as OFCCP Compliance solutions to assist federal contractors with their diversity distribution and reporting requirements. They support workforce development programs for state labor departments which offer their career sites through the AJE network, as a continuation of The Job Bank's legacy. America's Job Exchange offers live phone, email, and online technical support, brand advertising and assistance with OFCCP distribution and reporting. It extends live phone, email, and online technical support enabling users and employers to get the assistance they need.
OFCCP Compliance
In response to the August 8, 2008 ruling by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), America's Job Exchange expanded its expertise in compliance and diversity hiring with its turnkey OFCCP Compliance Solution. The OFCCP requirement for federal contractors and subcontractors dictates that they abide by basic affirmative action and equal employment opportunity EEO obligations and reach job seekers from diversity groups - minorities, veterans, women and others.
Its Compliance Solution can help federal contractors and subcontractors achieve their OFCCP requirements by distributing job posting information to the appropriate agencies in all 50 states. They also provide job distribution reporting in the event of an audit. . It sends the job postings by Federal Contractors directly to the states via FTP or email to state level recipients for distribution to appropriate offices. Employers can also get OFCCP reports to maintain records of their compliance related distribution efforts.
